Healthy Steps Kids Cook camps are hands-on, confidence-building experiences for kids ages 7–15.Your child will learn real kitchen skills — while building independence, responsibility, and pride.

  • How to handle & store food safely
  • How to prevent cross contamination
  • Age-appropriate knife skills (chopping, dicing, peeling & more)
  • How to follow a recipe from start to finish
  • Responsibility, teamwork, and problem solving skills
  • Using organic & quality ingredients when ever possible
