Christmas pudding scones

Cooking instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°C. In a large mixing bowl, combine [ingredients] and stir until well combined. Gently knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until it comes together.   • 50g unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
  • 60g leftover Christmas pudding
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 egg, beaten, to glaze
